why are my keys ghosted out, forward, reply, etc.

possibly because i only have a 60 day trial maybe i'm not allowed to reply or
forward emails, but i find it hard to believe. all i know for sure right now
is my forward, reply , etc. keys are ghosted out, and i am unable to use them

You have to have a message in the reading pane, or open, or highlighted. Do
you?

i feel stupid, after i put on my email client , i didn't reboot, all i had to
do is reboot and my keys were no longer ghousted out, thank you anyway
