why are hebrew words pasted to a document transposed?

Matt

I am copying and pasting (HTML FORMAT) a hebrew calendar from a web site to a
Word document, and it works out fine; however, the words in hebrew are
transposed, i.e. mirrored, meaning, they are inverted all together, letter by
letter. How can I correct that?

You would do better to simply type the Hebrew yourself: Word gets
finicky when it's switching directions, and pasting can be
unpredictable. And it's possible that either the source text or your
system hasn't had Hebrew capability installed. (More likely, the
source text may have been done with a left-to-right font, with say
Aleph just a substitution for a, Beth for b, etc., but you're telling
your system it's supposed to actually be Hebrew.)
