I am checking the report every day now and seeing, on an apperently random
basis, that 4 of my useres a are sending 200-2k messages in a one day period.
The normal external output is 10-20 e-mails. This ocurrs about 10 times a
month.

AV and A-spam are updated and running.

SBS 2003 with exchange boxes, about 40 users with only 4 problem users.
Users using XP(1) and 2000(3)

I'ved changed the passwords, but one account is still pumping them out.
I've checked for .pst files and have moved them, if they had them(the one's i
found were over a year old).

What have I missed?

It really looks like either a virus/worm or some software application on the
systems has gone awry. If you give one of the affected users a new machine
(or a fresh install of everything) does the problem recur?

AV is running- but is it updated? Did you run a complete virus/spyware scan
on the machines? Computer running fully updated virus checkers still can get
viruses.
