why are 2 messages sent every time?

It's very embarasing to be sending 2 messages every time. How can I cahnge
this?

If you mean the same msg is sent, do you have any anti virus intergrated
with Outlook? If so uninstall it & retest
If OK reinstall your AV without the outlook intergration
