Why am I suddenly getting an "unhandled exception" error?

Zorro for the Common Good

I've had my computer for more than two years, with Office 02 for about
half that time. In the past week, I've been getting an error message.
It doesn't crash any programs or cause any problems, but it sure is
annoying. It seems to happen whenever the computer comes back from
sleeping.

The text of the error message is below. Anyone have any idea what it
is, and how I can stop it?
