Why am I not recieving mail?

Every time i click the send/receive button it will always say that sending is
complete but receiving is processing. It will come up with an error
0x8004210A. I don't know what to do about this problem.

Do not describe the error. Do not summarize the error. Do not
truncate the error. Show the ENTIRE error message (although you might
want to munge out your username). Just because you don't think that
other parts of the error message are irrelevant doesn't make them so.

Did you check for the error code in Outlook using Microsoft's huge
support knowlegebase at http://support.microsoft.com. Pick Outlook
for the product (and the version which you did NOT mention here) and
search on the error code. Then review the articles returned from the
search
