why am I being asked to reinstall ?

when trying to access Outlook 2003 Professional the Windows Installer pops up
and is trying to install something. It says the file SKU1E3.CAB cannot be
found.
 
Hi,

Can you go under Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs and re-check if you have
multiple versions of Office installed...Remove any other versions(Trial
version) and make sure we have only one installation of Office/Outlook.

Also, try running this step-

Start> Run> msiexec /unregister
STart> Run> msiexec /regserver

Try restarting Outlook and let me know if you still have the Windows
installer issue.
