Why? about the report

I make a REPORT, but when I change it into a WORD file, the date and page
(automatically generate) get out to another blank page top. Formerly, they
should be at the foot of the first page.
 
sorry man.. Access exporting stuff to word just plain sucks

i woudl reccomend exporting your report to SNP format.. As in
SNAPSHOT.

the snapshot viewer comes with every version of office since 2000 and
it works like a charm.

and it's a lot smaller than the word or pdf versions.
