Why a cinepak movie flicks in PPT, but plays normally in media pla

Cinepak is a very old codec and was never what anyone would have called
great. You best bet is to encode the video with a newer codec. For an
explanation of this read the tutorial I placed on the web.

I tried other codecs, but none of them has better quality for drawing lines
on videos.
I just wondered why this problem doesn't exist in PowerPoint XP, but in
PowerPoint 2003.
