why 2 attempts

i'm having problems getting anything to work first time when i double click an icon on my desktop.when i click on an icon all the icons disappear for a split second and then reappear and i have to click on the icon again to get it to work.please help!
 
Hey Jack, why not give some practical advice? You may be an arsehole,
especially with your email address on your postings, but the original poster
obviously knows more about using newsgroups than you. Hope you get millions
of SPAM for your arrogance.
