Who is this "ricky"?

Who is "ricky"? This poster puts attachments on alot of posts/threads and
doesn't even usually have a response typed in. Seems rather suspicious
behavior if you ask me.
 
As these are public newsgroups, people can, and unfortunately sometimes,
will, do whatever they want, including posting known viruses, etc. My best
advice is to follow common sense internet rules and do not open any
attachments on the group if you can help it and never open attachments
stating they are from Microsoft.

Just someone who has slightly above average intelligence, way
below average character, too much time on his or her hands, and a
PC.

MS is too busy checking my posts to see if they are off-topic or not.
Potentially hazardous attachments aren't all that high on MS's list of
priorities, compared to my posts.

He does though seem to be posting nothing but attachments which in the
small number I have checked are offensive pictures, and fall well
outside Microsoft's published code of conduct for the groups. Deletion
would seem to me well justified.
