Who Created/modified item?

Hi Guys.
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
Shared calendars so secretaries can create/modify other's calendar items.
Can I tell who created/modified items? How?

Thanks for that insight...

I cannot seem to work out which fields are the ones I require though.
I can only find time/date fields for created etc, not "Who did it" fields.

Any clues?
