Of course there is. It's in the subject line, which asks "Who Can Answer
This Question?" <g>

That's why I replied "Nobody."

Sorry, I hit enter without thinking. My question was this: When I click the
Mcafee Securtiy Center Icon on the Desktop or the Icon on the Taskbar, my
screen goes blank for about 15 or 20 seconds and then reappears just fine. If
I right click on the Taskbar Icon and try to go to Virus Scan the screen also
goes blank and then reappears just fine. So, I cannot access McAfee Security
Center. So, who can answer this question. Thank you very much. I was not
trying to be a smart ass,
I hit enter by accident.

If you can't access your security software you should always suspect that a
virus or other malware is preventing you from doing so. I recommend starting
with an on-line scan, for example here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

OK, understood.

I should think the first folks to ask, as well as those the most likely
to have the answer, would but the folks who man McAfee's tech support
phones. What did they say?
