Whitelists in Outlook?

Hello all,

I want to work with whitelists instead of blacklisting
(the rest of the world ... man, I am getting soooo tired
of all that spam!)
With that whitelist I only accept mail from people I know,
the rest is put in another folder.

Does anyone knows if that is supported?
If so, how can this be activated / setup?

Thanks,
Paul

In Outlook 2003 you can configure your Junk E-mail filter to only trust your
Contacts or people you've added to the safe list.

For other Outlook versions you can create a rule that moves all messages to
a Junk folder and set the exception for people in your address book.

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

Ok, thanks ... I have to think the other way around.
Pitty that there isn't a simple way to only accept people
in the Address Book, and move all others to a different
folder. That would be much easier.

The second parargragh of Roady's post tells you how....
For other Outlook versions you can create a rule that
moves all messages to
a Junk folder and set the exception for people in your
address book.

This will move messages from people not in your address book to the junk
folder and leave messages from people in your address book in the Inbox.
