Whiteboard / Multiple people on one chat

I have 2 questions.

1. What is the whiteboard feature?

2. Can 3 people chat at the same time and each person see all 3 messages?

Hey Beth,
The whiteboard is basically what it is. You and your contact share a
"whiteboard" (it is basically a paint window)and what ever you put
inside there your contact sees it as well and has the ability to change
things as well.

To invite people to your conversation open a conversation with someone
and then just click on the "Inite Someone to this Conversation" on the
right hand side under "I want to".
