White paper on configuring TS Web?

Does anyone know where to find a white paper on configuring a win2k
server/IIS/WTS for running TSWeb?

I've tried searching technet, but can only find peicemeal bits of info
between several articles.

This is for 2003, but there really is no measurable difference in the Remote
Desktop Web Connection Setup:

RDWC & TSWEB are the same product, just rebranded for XP & 2003.
