while log on & off showing message setting up recycler

While log on and log off my system evertime a windows opened and showing
message saying that "Setting up a recycler followed by a numer".Is there any
problem to my pc.I check my system with original antivirus software.


Pl. send information for how to overcome the bove issue.

Is that the exact text of the error message, including the typo? If yes,
then this certainly isn't a Windows message. Just checking the system with
"original antivirus software" (which is what program/version?) isn't
thorough enough.
