Sometime in 2004.

Probably not - and who knows... It was $29 to upgrade from 2002 to
2003, but I kind of doubt that will be the case this time. Unless of
course you have an MSDN subscription - then it's just a download.

Well, yeah - when it is released.

Have not seen anything on this yet, but assume an upgrade path will be
available at a cost.
