Which XP Patch 32bit or 64 bit?

I have XP Professional I think v. 5.01. Which patch do I
need to download and install. I can't seem to figure out
which one I need to download. I downloaded the 32bit
patch, enabled the firewall and ran the Symantec Blaster
removal tool. Yet I still have the Blaster worm. Do I
need to download the 64bit patch? Unfortunately I can't
seem to get the 64bit patch downloaded b/c my computer
shuts down b/c of Blaster before the download is
complete. What should I do?
