Which version of Word for this task?

Which version of Word can be used to create tables with repeating header (in
the top of next page(s)), or repeating sub-header (a row between header and
data which consists of column numbers, also reoccuring on top of each page)?

AFAIK, any version from 4 (released in 1993?) onwards can repeat heading rows. None can repeat sub-heading rows independently on
heading rows - it's all or nothing.
