Which Version of Media Center?

Dear all,

I need to buy a new OS I saw 2 options at eBay but I do not know which
one is better for me
I only know about those auctions that one of them has a CD more and is
more expensive and the other one
is OEM, I do not know what OEM mean

This is my computer specifications

Computer : HP Pavilion 061 (Media Center)
Model : EK392AA-ABM M7250LA
Processor : Intel® Pentium® 4 3200MHz
Bios : AMIBIOS 080011 (07-Nov-2005)
Motherboard : Puffer2 1.xx ASUSTeK Computer INC. (Other)
Ram : 1.00 Gb (1 047 852 Kb)
Video Card : RADEON X300/X550 Series
Sound Card : Realtek High Definition Audio
Monitor : HP f1905 flat panel monitor, HP
USB : USB ports built into PC

I asked each seller about the difrerence between both but they did not
reply, maybe they are rich... well this is their problem, mine is I
want some information in case I see another options.

BE CAREFUL WITH EBAY PURCHASES OF WINODWS XP!!!! Alot of people have
received "questionable" versions of Windows XP that they purchased
over Ebay. Some have:

1) Receieved pirated versions
2) Copies of the CD instead of true originals
3) Blank CDs
4) CD without the CD Key
5) Branded OEM versions (Branded -- made for specfic computer hardware
like Dell, Compaq, HP etc..) May/Will not work on different hardware
than the original intended hardware.
6) Never received their orders and could not get their money back.
