EBay software sales=buyer beware
I would go and look at a local retail store for software before buying off
Ebay.
I would look at a good online store before buying software from E-bay
You never know if it has been previously activated...or if it is
Manufacturer Specific...or if it even has a license

OEM= Original Equipment Manufaturer
Same XP as in Regular Home/Pro version. It costs less because it is
supposed to be sold with Hardware and installed onto an EMPTY HD. Beyond
that it does the same thing as a regular version.
If you are building a system from scratch OEM is a good way to go.

Yes an OEM version can be reinstalled on a different drive as long as it's
used in the same computer and is only installed on one device at a time. If
the old drive died then it's been tossed out right? Otherwise format the
drive to remove XP from it and then install on the new drive. If activation
doesn't go through on the internet you'll have to call in for it. An OEM
version can not be moved to a different computer. It's tied by the license
to the first computer on which it's installed.

There are four versions of Windows XP, the original release or gold version,
then with SP1, then SP1a (which is SP1 with the MS JVM removed, and finally
SP2, so but a version with SP2. Same principle with MCE. There are no
later builds, just service packs.

Hi,

Returning at this point..
Yes an OEM version can be reinstalled on a different drive as long as it's
used in the same computer and is only installed on one device at a
time

What happens if I install in an empty HD the OS (OEM) and later I
decide to increase my ram or change my Video Card or Sound Card?

Also

The difference between:
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center 2005 for System Builders with Vista
Tech Guarantee Coupon, 3 pack, Price $424.28
and
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 SP2B for System
Builders with Vista Tech Guarantee Coupon, $109.99

Is which the first (3 Pack) Price $424.28 they sell me 3 OS (2 or 3
cd's) and 3 licenses right?
I have ony 2 Media Centers, can I sell one of this licenses or is
ilegal?
And the second one Price $109.99, only sell me 1 OS (2 or 3 cd's) and
1 license is that correct?

Thanks in advance

You can reinstall the OS as many times as you want on the same computer but
changing hardware items on that computer is no problem. If activation is
triggered it will either go through on the internet or you'll need to phone
in for it.

I don't know about the resale of individual items but I would expect if it's
unused and you transfer the CD and license with all the documentation, it's
fine.

Looks like it would be one CD with one license.
