I do not see all that much difference in the various versions except each
new one get a little better, I use Outlook 2003 and I feel its a big step
above the rest.
But that doesn't answer the question at all, because Outlook Express and
Outlook are completely different products. Your answer is like answering
"An orange by FAR" when someone asks "What apple is best for making pies?"
