Which values are possible for PhoneSignalStrength?

Hello,

I cannot get the cellular emulator to get work. Which values are possible
for PhoneSignalStrength ?? is it returned as string or is it an integer value?

I don't think this is documented anywhere. I somehow doubt that it is 0, 25,
50, 75 and 100% though...

Well since 100 / 5 = 20, as a guess I'd think each bar represents maybe 20%.
This isn't higher math.
