Is it possible to enable/disable Bluetooth or Wifi by .net cf code under
WM5.0 - WM6.1?

Several options..

1) Type 'Turn Off Bluetooth' in the search box thats what it's for
2) Check device specific SDK
3) Pretty sure you can call the MS api
4) Use the methods provided in the OpenNetCF library (probably
easiest)
