Which Tablet?

OK I can't afford an iPad but was looking for a slightly cheaper, but good make to go for?
Any good ones to look at or what to others have or used?

Android would be good.
Basically just surfing the net etc instead of lugging round a laptop.

I have an HP TouchPad. it's pretty good and although it's discontinued I think you can still find ones on Ebay.
