Which symbol does Windows Explorer consider to be first?

Hi! :-)

Of symbols such as %, &, *, [, and so on, which does Windows Explorer
consider to be first in default order? I'm asking so I'll know what symbol
to put at the beginning of the filename of my shorcuts so they'll always be
the first file listed when I look at a folder by any means

Some of the characters you list are reserved or are used as operators, and
may produce unpredicable results. You need to start with the help file and
look up filename restrictions.
