Which profiles get displayed for signature

In Options, there is a prompt:

Select signatures for account

It displays values from the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\MS Exchange
Settings\9375CFF0413111d3B88A00104B2A6676

subkeys 00000001, 00000002, etc. What value in those subkeys does it key
off to determine if a particular profile should be displayed in the drop
down.

They're undocumented. You'll need to do your own experimentation.

BTW, the drop-down list displays accounts, not profiles.
