Which nt/2000 server does the client authentication?

I'm not sure if it will work on Win9x, but in W2k/Xp, I do the following:

1. From the command line enter the command Set. This will give a whole
bunch of info and in the list will be a line for LOGONSERVER. This is the
DC that you are authenticated against.

2. Optionally, you can do the following command from the command line: echo
%logonserver%
