hey sorry about all the questions but when installing updates i chose to
install optional updates as well and one of them was a BenQ FP91G+ (analog)
on NVIDI GeForce 7300 GS and my second is (default monitor) on NVIDI GeForce
7300. My question is what's the difference between the 2? and what does the
(analog) part mean in the first one? and which one is the better option? The
BenQ one is set to number 1 and the other is set to 2 im scared that i have
changed settings and may have caused a problem within vista because i
downloaded that and dont know how to get rid of it because i cant find that
particular update in the uninstall updates option. Any advice? thanks in
advance

hello...

don't be scared.. the monitor names and drivers are only
to tell windows what resolutions and refresh rates that can work on, so you
wont go beyond its limits

these drivers are not necessary for the monitor to work,
as other drivers are for other hardware..

Do you have 2 monitors on your computer?

The presence of #1 and #2 monitors in the display settings panel suggests
that your computer has a video card capable of having two monitors attached.
If you do have two monitors attached each one has its own settings; if not,
then adjust the #1 display and leave #2 alone.

Digital is ALWAYS better then analog because it is a simple pass
through with no additional processing steps that can reduce the
quality of the signal. You should only use Analog connections if your
monitior and/or graphic card doesn't support the newer standard. You
can easily see the difference in the connectors.

i think i had only one monitor but when i used the updates i updated some
optional things as well and it downloaded the second Benq analoge monitor and
now i dont know how to get rid of it. Currently my default one is set to
screen number 2 but its not active and i only have 1 screen. The anagloe one
is set as number one with higher resolution. How do you change it and make
the default one (the non analoge one) as the primary screen?
