Which Mobo to get?

I am in the process of building a new rig. Not sure what cpu to use, either
Intel or the new AMD64.(I have an AMDxp now and very happy) but I need some
input and thoughts as to which way to go. If I go Intel, which Asus board
should I get? I will overclock so keep that in mind. If I go AMD, which
should I get? Thanks in advance!

Asus P4C800-E Deluxe is their fastest, more stable, and most versatile
board. Uses a P4 of your choice.
