Which kind of virius is that?

Hallo,

if you will call this site it is possible to see a lot stupid signs:

Please is there someone able to tell me how to disable this kind of
virus.
I'am editing a html-docoment on my computer and this new html-document
shows also this stupid signs.

Also, ich sehe da nichts Komisches, nur eine Signatur von Ralf Doeblitz,
in der er demonstriert, was es alles fuer Arten von Buchstaben mit
irgendwelchen Sonderzeichen-Akzenten gibt, wenn man den Zeichensatz UTF-
8 verwendet.

Vollkommen harmlos.

Und wenn bei Dir seltsame Sachen geschehen, haben die einen anderen
Grund als eine Webseite von Freenet. Die auch nur widerspiegelt, was im
Usenet geschrieben wurde.
