Which ISP's work well with Outlook?

I am looking for an ISP that works easily and well with Outlook. I would like
to use Outlook to handle my email with as little fuss as possible. I would
prefer a dial up service, but I have not ruled out broadband. Can you give me
some suggestions?

Many ISPs work well with Outlook. Any ISP that offers POP service should
work with Outlook.
