after installing XP and rebooting the computer i was
greeted by a strange screen, it asked me to select which
operating system to use and there was a list and both are
XP!, so i selected one and i get a currupted error. so
what i would like to know is how to gt rid of this?

p.s one of the xp versions works perfectly

1. Go to Start > Run and type in: MSCONFIG , and hit enter,
2. Click the BOOT.INI tab.
3. Next, click "Check All Boot Paths".
4. This procedure should correct your BOOT.INI file.
