Which distributions contain 2.0?

Does anyone know if any of the Windows Distributions are currently
shipping with .Net 2.0?

I am pretty sure that XP SP2 does not, but I assume that Vista does.

Any further insight?

I believe Windows Server 2003 R2 includes .NET 2.0 as well. That's the
only version that has been released after .NET 2.0 RTM so no other
versions have it.
