Which disk is failing?

I am getting the following messeges in my event log but need help
determining WHICH disk the messages are referring to. Based on the messages,
it looks like it would be Disk2, but I am uncertain. Thanks for any help you
can provide.

The configuration of the machine is:
Disk 0: 18GB SCSI, 2 partitions, 6GB system, 11GB data
Disk 1: 18GB SCSI, Mirrors the two partitions on disk 0
Disk 2: 9GB SCSI, Another data drive, no mirror

Messages in the event log are:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Disk
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11
Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: adpu160m
Event Category: None
Event ID: 9
Description:
The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m2, did not respond within the timeout
period.

Disk 1 is HardDisk2.
Dr2 is partition 2.

Thanks! Is there a KB article that explains how to decipher how W2K refers
to disks in these messages? It's clearly not obvious from the messages.
Thanks.
