Which Athlon 3400+ (64-bit) would you choose?

Just was reading about the K8 core, and saw there were 3 version of the
3400+.

1) 2.2GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 64-bit wide
2) 2.4GHz, 512K L2 Cache, 64-bit wide
3) 2.2GHz, 512K L2 Cache, 128-bit wide

Each one has its own advantage, #1 has more L2 cache, #2 has more clock
speed, but #3 has a effective Quadrupled bus speed, so that while 1 & 2
would be running at 2x200 FSB, 3 is running at 4x200.

So, what would be the best choice, more L2 cache, more clock speed, or more
bus bandwidth?

Only 3400+ I've seen for sale in that list is #1.

FWIW I ran CPUMARK 99 on a couple AMD64 systems I have here, cpu99
benchmarks the mobo, cpu, L1/L2 caches and ram.

none - i bought the 3200+ which is like half the price, and still
heller-fast at 2GHz, 1MB L2 :)
