WHERE'S THE MACRO?

I'm using Excel 2003 running in XP Pro.

A few weeks ago, after I had entered some data into a 1-sheet SS and
then saved it and closed XL, I started getting a warning box popping
up when I re-opened the file. I says I have a macro from an
untrusted/unsigned source and do I want to use the file.... I never
wrote a macro (don't even know how) and would like to remove the
offending beastie--if I could only find it!

Therein lies the root of my question: how do I find the offending
macro and how would I permanently get rid of it?

I quit the hunnydoos system long time past.

"If it REALLY needs doing, call a contractor"

I have a finite numbers or years left and I fully intend to use them to play
golf and answer NG postings.

the resolution is this:

a) dont ever use excel it is a huge security risk
b) dont ever use excel it is a huge security risk
c) dont ever use excel it is a huge security risk


use a real software development tool--- like Access for example.

If you can't help, don't reply to these people. They're askin
questions about Excel for an obvious reason: they're using Excel, NO
ACCESS!!
