Where's my Dialogue Box in Access 2003?

When I have opened up my database in the past, a pop-up dialogue box was
always up. It said Queries, Tables, Reports, etc. and I could click any of
those and it would show me all my saved queries, as well as give me the
option to create a new one.

But it's gone! Any clue how I can get it back?
 
This has been answered (by several people) in your previous post. Please go
read the advise you were given there.
