where to locate partitioning of my hard disc

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Word. Word cannot be
used to partition your hard disc.

Siddiq, the question still has nothing to do with Word. It's a Windows
function.

Right-click the My Computer icon and choose "Manage". In the Computer
Management application that appears, look under the Storage item for "Disk
Management". That will show you the partitions on each disk.

There is a way to get the information from inside Word or any other Office
program, although it's harder to read than the Disk Management program.
Click the Help menu and choose the About item; and in the About dialog,
click the System Info button. In the System Information dialog, expand the
Components item and expand the Storage item under that. The partitions will
be listed at the bottom of the right side.
