Where to find online paper cards?

Sorry, I know this probably isn't a good group to post on this topic.
I'm not sure where exactly it should go though. Since most here are
very fluent with the Internet, I was hoping some one might be able to
help.

I use hallmark.com and sometimes americangreetings.com. The very low
number (2 or 3) in most categories for paper cards gets more surprising
(i.e. keeps decreasing). The cards usually don't change after a few
months, which sometimes leave nothing to choose from in a category
(birthday by person type, holidays, etc). Are there any similar sites
that have a good selection of paper cards in each category?

Thanks,
Brett

Have you tried using Google to search using the words "greeting cards"?

Yes - that just brings up a bunch of places selling paper to print your
own greetings cards.

Hi, Brett,
Have youchecked into the cost of subscribing to say, Am. Greetings ? In
their Creat & Print section for members there are lots of cards available in
all categories. As I recall, the cost is somewhere between $15-25 for a year
and you can print as many as you want - even the envelopes. Considering that
cards you buy already printed are anywhere form $2-5 a pop, it's not a bad
deal. IMHOP.. HTH

No - those are places to create and print cards or do the online cards.
I want cards just like you'd buy out of a store. Basically, I like
what americangreetings.com and hallmark.com are doing with paper cards.
I just want more selection.

In other words, you want to buy printed cards and have them shipped to you?

Either that or they can be shipped directly to the recipient. I get
the feeling there probably aren't many people doing this.

I'd guess not, also. It's a weird business. Hallmark and American Greeting
have tinkered with their online operations quite a bit over the years.
Frankly, I find it easier to just keep a dozen greeting cards in my desk
drawer. Walking 1/2 mile to the mailbox is excellent exercise. :)

Probably the same thing I'll start doing. Just buy a bunch of cards
for different occassions and have them on hand. It'll definitely take
less time and money overall. I was convenient to get the card online
and send directly to the recipient in a pinch. They always had nice
cards then I noticed the card selection and quality dropping. Guess it
goes the way of online pet stores and grocery delivery.

Thanks,
Brett
