where the attachments are placed

Question about outlook 2003 using with an exchange server. I have a person
who when they go to the paperclip in outlook and select the attachment they
want to attach to an e-mail it places the attachment in the middle of the
e-mail. We have tried placing her cursor in different locations but it
places the attachment right in the middle of the e-mail instead of on a line
above the subject. It wasn’t always like that for this person it just
started but I don’t know what setting could have been changed any ideas?

Thanks
Lynn

It's the format of Outlook. If it uses Rich Text, the attachment will go into
the body. Plain Text and HTML will not.

Note that Rich Text is a format specific to Outlook and can potentially
cause issues for those recipients who don't use Outlook.
