Where is the submenu on Reviewing Toolbar

I'm trying to delete markups on a document and have located the Reviewing
toolbar but there is no submenu, which I need in order to proceed.

There is a button that shows the ScreenTip "Reject Change/Delete Comment."
If you click on the arrow beside that, you'll see a menu that includes
Reject All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document. If by
"delete markups" you mean accept the changes, then click the arrow beside
the Accept Change button and choose Accept All Changes in Document.
