Where is the Startup tab in Vista Task Manager?

I lost it? It is no longer in Task Manager?
Did it go someplace else?
I am looking to uncheck a task that is running
at start up. Formerly, I would go to the startup
tab and uncheck the item. Now, I can't find that
tab, Startup, which list all those items and pro-
grams.
Guidance please, and thank you in advance.

Do you mean msconfig?
Type msconfig in RUN box, or Search Box of START menu

I KNOW that setting is somewhere...
Same happens to me at least once a day (and a VERY good day, at that),usually comes to me after I
have shut down the computer!
