Where is the send letter to contact button in Outlook 2007?

Where is the send letter to contact button in Oultlook 2007? I use this
feature everyday in Outlook 2003. I cannot believe they will leave this
feature out of Outlook 2007.

Mercifully, it was removed. It was far too dysfunctional to be retained.
