Using contact details to send a letter

I used to have Microsoft Outlook 2003, and if I wanted to send a letter using
the contact details in Outlook, I just clicked 'Action' then 'new letter to
contact'.
I now have Outlook 2007, and can't do the same thing. When I click on
'Action', then 'new message to contact' it thinks I want to send an email.
How do I get Outlook 2007 to use the contact details to send a letter in Word?
Thank you,

You can't. That dysfunctional feature was finally removed. Why not use
Word's Insert Address function? You can add it to the QAT.

Any suggestions for step by step or alternatively for locating an add-in?
That was not a dysfunctional feature to me. I send enough snail mail that I
would like a quick pathway. Anyone have a fix? Thanks.
