where is the send butten?

HELP!!!!!

i have a problem with the microsoft office e-mail editer. i can't find the
butten to send my message. help!!!!
 
What do you call "the microsoft office e-mail editer"? Outlook? And which
version?

Whatever program it is, "Send" is usually fairly prominent and towards the
top left of the window.
