Where is the send and file option?

Certainly there must be a way to specify where to save my sent email as I
send them individually so that they all don't just end up in one folder,
"Sent Items". Currently to manage sent email I must send the email then go
to the "Sent Items" folder and move that email to the folder it's related to.
Is there an easiser way?

That feature is not built into Outlook. YOu can add it with VBA code; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/setsavefolder.htm
