Where is the page for Mike Burgess's domains.reg?

I have the direct link for Mike Burgess's domains.zip (http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/domains.zip), but for the life of me I can't find the actual page on his site where the link exists. Maybe I'm going blind, but I can't find it anywhere on his restricted sites page (http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/restricted.htm) or anywhere else on his site. The reason I ask is because I would like to monitor the page for updates. Can someone help me out?
