where is the outlining toolbar in powerpoint 2007

Can anyone tell me how to find outlining toolbar or promote and demote
buttons in powerpoint 2007.
 
Decrease / increase list level buttons are in the home tab. Does that help?

For the promote and demote buttons you will have to add them to the QAT
yourself.
You can find them using Office button - Powerpoint options - Customize - All
commands - Promote/Demote.
Or use the context menu, right click in the outline tab and choose
demote/promote.

Before I forget, you can also click in the outline tab, and use tab key of
shift+tab to promote or demote. Or even on the home tab of the ribbon in the
paragraph group use the increase and decrease list level buttons.
